I started Ideal Protein back in July 2012 and since have lost 47 pounds in 20 weeks. I wanted to look and feel better. I had started trying to lose weight on my own (with diet and exercise), but no matter what I did, it didn’t work for me – I was always hungry and the pounds would not come off. My sister was the one who introduced me to Ideal Protein. I made the commitment to start the program when I saw that my sister had lost a great deal of weight, in a short period of time and had lots of energy. I have to say it was not easy at the beginning of the program – giving up carbs and sugars. But the food supplements were actually pretty good and came close to some of my previous favorite foods (ex: chocolate chip cookies).
I feel great and my confidence is at an all-time high. Also I can’t wait to go shopping for my new size 4 skinny jeans.

Losing weight is never easy, and I’ve tried many different ways to do it: starving, Weight Watchers and others far too numerous to state. However, Ideal Protein did the trick, of course losing weight is not a natural function of the body, it just doesn’t want to. But Ideal protein lets you lose weight without feeling like you’re suffering. The diet zeros in on the belly fat and in a very short time, you find yourself getting into smaller sizes and that’s a great motivating factor.
Without any reservations I would recommend Ideal Protein to anyone that needs to lose weight and feel better fast. In total, I lost 58 lbs in 5 months!

Growing up skinny, I NEVER thought the day would come when I wasn’t. Well, after dealing with my Father’s decline into Alzheimer’s, his failing health, and subsequent death; trying to manage some of my own health issues; then losing my job, while recovering from major surgery; I fell into a major depression, and continued to put on weight. I had tried a few methods to lose weight, and did lose some, but I would always put it back on. I have been a patient of Dr. Crumpton and Holly Leo for YEARS, so they were familiar with my struggles. While I was in to see Holly one day, I brought up dissatisfaction with my weight, so she told me about Ideal Protein.
I started the program on 7/20, and by my class reunion the next month, I was down 10 pounds, and already feeling so much better about myself. Since I had planned the whole reunion, I did do SOME cheating that weekend (but not too much), and then went right back to my normal regimen. By my granddaughter’s wedding on 10/26, I was down 18 pounds, which included being in Memphis, eating Southern food, and eating out often during those 3 weeks. But I followed the program as much as I could, and when I returned, my weight was even lower than when I left! By 12/22, I was down 22 pounds, and had dropped from a size 14 to an 8! The amount of inches I’ve lost was incredible: 5-1/2″ just off my waist alone! I am now going on my 4th month of maintenance, and I am happy to report: I’m maintaining!
My experience with the program: It is not that hard to follow. I have not felt deprived. I never really struggled. Each time I would come in to see Carol for my progress, I would leave even more motivated. Carol has always answered all of my many questions, whether in person, by phone or by text, and has guided me into making more informed decisions and making better choices. I cannot recommend this program, and this team of professionals, more highly. Now, what are YOU waiting for?

I am very pleased with the Ideal Protein Program at Ideal Body & Mind Center (formerly Holly Leo’s Health and Wellness Center). It was easy, I got lots of backup from Holly and Carol, and the daily videos and links to other references. As of today I weigh 203.6 pounds which is 49.2 pounds less than when I started. I have kept at this low weight, now, for 4 months of maintenance (Phase 4).
